Our Leadership
Dr. Ray Ballmann, Pastor
Pastor Ray Ballmann, M.Div, S.T.M, D.Min, D.D., graduated from Concordia Seminary, Saint Louis, Missouri, in 1979, and is an ordained minister with the AFLC. He has planted four churches and authored several widely-read books on family education and discipleship. Pastor Ray serves on the Board of the Texas Homeschool Coalition.
A Clinical Pastoral Education, a post graduate degree in family counseling, and 42 years of pastoral experience has given Pastor Ray insight in the challenges families face in the twenty-first century.
Pastor Ray and his wife, Cindy, have seven grown children who love the Lord, and 16 grandchildren. He has a conservative theological perspective and believes Christians should actively live as a salt and light witness in today’s challenging world.
